Warehousing

When an item arrives at the warehouse, it is inspected, photographed, barcoded, and put into inventory. Photos of bad slabs are sent to the supplier immediately for reimbursement.

Later, whether as a full piece or a remnant, each piece can be located easily. The photograph and information in the database can be used for saw programming. Each slab can be viewed, approved, and programmed without even seeing the physical piece. Remnants are no longer lost revenue, because usage is maximized.
